We sailed on the Magic last January and are lucky enough to be able to take advantage of the $99 special for the 12/19 sailing. Are the shows on the Wonder the exact ones that we saw on the Magic? How about the rest of the programming any differences? We are hoping that the blue deck chairs that are on the Magic exist on the Wonder as well. Will the menus be basically the same for Animators etc? Thanks for all your help!

I can answer a couple of your questions. The blue deck chairs are indeed present on Deck 4. The two shows that you will recognize are Hercules The Muse-ical and Disney Dreams. The menus have been changing slightly over time, but I'll leave the answer to that question to someone else.

I think that you may find the pace on the 3-day a bit more hectic than on the 7-day. There's a lot more overlap of activities (or at least it seemed that way to me). But I know that you will have an excellent time on your cruise no matter what.

You can view the menu differences on my website at www.castawayclub.com (really not differences...it's just that the Magic has more due to being a longer cruise). I have Navigators for both as well...you will see that the Magic has the Art of Entertaining and Backstage activities, since you are on board for a longer time. The Wonder is my favorite ship, since it's the one we sail on the most and have gotten to know much of the crew. But you definitely can't beat seven days on the Magic! The decor is virtually identical in many ways, but with a few differents...reminds me of going to the Magic Kingdom and then to Disneyland--almost the same, but not quite.

Avalon-
We're going to be on the $99 cruise Dec 19th too. Do you have any children? What was the dates you were on the Magic in January? We were on the January 5th Magic Cruise. It isn't going to be the same but I'm sure we will still all have a WONDERful time!!
