Magic Shots Missing the Magic Shot

We ended up getting MaxPass on our trip. We had one picture that was a magic shot but they forgot to add the character (I think as we were all looking at DD's hand). Can this be added in after the fact? It's a few weeks later. It's not a huge deal as we have lots of other good photos but thought I"d ask.

I had this problem after visiting WDW I called them and they fixed while I was on the phone, made sure it was right before they let me hang up!
