Magic Palo Brunch What Days?

Is the Palo Brunch offered on all 7 days on the Magic 7 night Eastern cruise? If not, which days do they have the brunch? Is it offered on any of the port days? Has anyone waited to get reservations and gotten them without rushing around on embarkation day? Anyone been able to get a ressie due to a cancellation? Also, do they let you "upgrade" the Korbel champange if you want to pay for it? Thanks so much!! Too bad I don't have anything else to worry about!!

The Palo brunch is offered only on sea days...Sunday, Monday and Thursday. On the Western it is offered on sea days plus Sunday, Key West day, as you don't get to port until noon.
