Hi, I haven't been on here in awhile my cabins are 2143 and 2145.. the kids still have no clue. I am not a Diy person but I always love making goody bags and I can sometimes go a bit over board. is there a complete tally of people yet I'm not sure if I was suppose to give my email address or would the list be posted here..

I am personalizing some FE gifts.. Do you feel comfortable giving the names of your children? Have something in mind for the girls ... Working on the boys ... Also do they have any favorite characters?

Hi Everyone!

Please add us to the FE list! We thought we were going to pass this time, but my daughter decided she wants us to do it again so here we are,

Mom, Dad, and B/G twins who turn 13 tomorrow ! The cruise is to celebrate their birthday.

I am going to try to upgrade at port as a surprise, so not sure if our cabin will change or not. In the interim I will send it to SeaSpray.

We are really excited and I need to start getting our stuff together!

Do the twins have any favorite characters? I know I one is a boy the other a girl...and if you feel comfortable.. What are their names.

We did this itinerary in 2012, too. We were on the very first sailing. It was so much fun. We had the best wait staff on that cruise, out of all of our cruises, including other cruise lines.

There are several forms of Social Media out there, so I want to emphasize that while there are a few other FE groups for this cruise on the internet, (and there is no reason why you can't participate in more than one), we will only plan and discuss the DIS BOARDS FE list here.
The DIS BOARDS is the original home and birth place of FEs!

Anyone who is interested in participating in a Fish Extender (FE) gift exchange please post with any of the following info; you can include more or less info, depending on what you wish to share:

*Your DIS Board user name
*Your first name
*Names and number of people in your cabin (and ages of any children if wish to include that)
*Favorite characters
*Favorite Colors
*Any food allergies.

I know you just closed the FE exchange, wondering if it is possible for us to join you all or its too late?

Welcome aboard here! Is this your first cruise? This will be our 4th Disney cruise, all of them on the Magic. Our sons are grown now, so this cruise is just my husband and I. We love the adults areas on the ships, especially the Quiet Cove pool.

I like this itinerary because we are taking Amtrak to NYC instead of having to fly. And the day at WDW is so much fun. We did this itinerary in 2012.

this is our first Disney cruise. We love to cruise and love Disney so excited to combine the two!! We were hoping to get a cabana at castaway cay, but those sell out quickly!! We have a soon to be 6 year old son who is very excited. We were able to join the FB FE exchange.

Can I get the first names of all the kids in the fe exchange? I do one adult type household gift per cabin but then for the kids I pick "gifts" based on age and gender and sometimes favorite character so I want to be able to write on the gift who it is for.

I'm thinking there is a pretty good change we will be changing cabins due to upgrading our cabin at the port. I will need to communicate to everyone where my new room is. I'm thinking I will make up little cards that say what my old room # was with a spot where I will write in my new room #. I will also post here on this thread so for those participating in the FE you may want to check this thread after we board or be on the lookout for my little card that tells of my cabin change.

I'm here! LOL I've been away for 11 days, visiting family at the Jersey shore. I had such a great time!! But now I'm home and realize the cruise is only a few weeks away and I'm freaking out!! LOL I have a lot of FE gifts to make! LOL

I think that having a way to communicate is a good idea! The old/new cabin numbers card is a great idea. I *think* that, since you will know what everyone else's cabin numbers are, you could leave your cabin change cards at Guest Services and they will either leave a voice message to let us know to come and pick it up, or place the card right in the rooms. I'm here! LOL I've been away for 11 days, visiting family at the Jersey shore. I had such a great time!! But now I'm home and realize the cruise is only a few weeks away and I'm freaking out!! LOL I have a lot of FE gifts to make! LOL

Hmm that's interesting, I never thought of that. I figured I'd put my notes by everyone's door on their fish but maybe I can just drop them off at Guest Services and have them do it!

Cheryl, I have seen you in the group now that you mention it. So excited to go, we are counting the days. For those have been before, can you tell me about Pirate Night? Does everyone get all dressed up? Is it a deck party that everyone gets dressed up for an that's it?
