I booked a trip thru Walt Disney Travel at a Good Neighbor Hotel. It's called a "Vacation Magic Package" and includes a Magic Feature, which offers choice of a Magic Morning Breakfast (only on EE days)or one of two different tours.

We didn't want to do the tours with a 5-year-old and planned on doing a character breakfast, so I called and asked if I could upgrade the Magic Morning Breakfast to a character meal. It was no problem and only added $24.75 to our total bill, for two adults and one child. I'm so glad that I called since we would have blown off the MM breakfast to do the character meal and ended up paying full price when we wouldn't have had to

Also, I was told that the upgraded voucher applies to any meal at several restaurants, not just character breakfasts. I hope that knowing it is available will help anyone else that might not be planning to attend the MM breakfast.

We did this too. I didnt even know we could.

We bought 3 days worth food (out of a 5 day pass). And when I called we were also able to upgrade.
Funny thing is we get a "big" charecter now, not just a goofy's kitchen. Im not sure about upgrading to other meals tho. Just this one breakfast.

Funny I didnt really ask. I was asking more about this goofy's kitchen (what to expect) and the other kitchens for breakfast and she says "well I have a deal for you for $24.95 you can upgrade and get this....."
And when she was done apparently I get the "major" breakfast (a all you can eat) and goofy's kitchen.
Id be curious if it upgraded the lunch and dinner and what exactly was upgraded. I havent gotten my package yet other then to say Im all paid up (Im assuming I will get something in the mail other then this one sheet, like our tickets into disneyland).
