Hi
we have a mobillity scooter for our grand daughter we do not have a disability parking permit .
Can anyone advise how we would get from the parking lot at magic kindom to either the monorail or boat also is it possible to take a mocility scooter on the land train or monorail please

I have no first-hand experience of the parking lot because I always stay on site and arrive at Magic Kingdom by Disney bus, but I believe from reading posts here, that Disney will find you an 'end of row' space within walking/ECVing distance of the TTC terminal. They might even let you into the 'disabled' parking lot without a tag if you smile and ask them nicely!

From the TTC terminal you get to MK either by monorail or by boat. Both are easily ECV accessable.

Again, no first hand experience here, but I wanted to confirm what Andrew said. When you get into the car park, tell the first attendant you see that you don't have a parking permit, but have an ECV on board and need to park somewhere where you can easily get to the TTC. They should direct you to a convenient place. Just wanted to add, you can't get ECVs and wheelchairs (unless the latter is folded and carried on) onto the MK trams, unlike the Disneyland ones, so you will need to be within walking distance.

Hope this helps! :thumbsup2

If you belong to AAA, ask them about their diamond parking pass! The AAA diamond lot is usually right next to the handicap lot at each park :goodvibes Hope that helps!!

As was already mentioned, just let the parking lot CMs (each one you come to) know that you have a mobility device that can't go on the parking lot tram.
They will either show you to a spot on the end of the row or send you to the handicapped parking lot (which they call "medical parking"). There are certain spots in the lot that you need a handicapped parking permit to use and there are others that you can park in without one. There is more information in the disABILITIES FAQs thread near the top of this board.

If you are staying on site, most people chose to take the bus to MK, even if they drive to all the other parks. The bus lets you off close to the turnstiles.

Thankyou for your help and advice it should make life easier
