Magic Kingdom Tours... Are they worth it?

We are planning our trip for November.

5yr, 7 yr, 14yr kids. Any of the tours worth it?

Well, the only tour we've taken is the Keys To The Kingdom tour. Unfortunately, you can't take it if you have kids under the age of 16.

It was absolutely worth it though...it was excellent.

Oh, I hope someone can give input on the Family Magic tour, I was actually about to post this same question. Is it worth it?

The Family Magic Tour is excellent and one of our highlights from our trip last October!!

I agree. We did the Family Magic Tour last Dec and had a great time. This is just about the least expensive way at WDW to receive the "VIP" treatment! But plan for this "2 hour tour" to last at least 2.5 hours, as ours did.

We haev the family magic tour booked for the first week of Jan. I was told when I booked it it would run for 2 hours (10 am - noon). I can only hope it runs 3 or 3.5 hours.
It looks like a lot of fun.
Does anyone nkow the maximum # of people allowed on the tour?

My bad. I meant to say 2 hours, and corrected myself above. I think the max is somewhere around 20. Our group had 16.

I was told that the amount of people on the magic family tour is 20!!! Have fun!

So, do you get to go "behind the scenes" on anything or is it just a tour with information on what is around the parks?

You don't go behing the scene on the family tour, you actually don't really learn anything new about Disney (at least we did not), but is a lot of fun. We really just booked it for the kids, but as adults we also had a lot of fun. You might want to do a search, there had been of lot of information posted about it.
