Magic Kingdom to Hoop Dee Doo

I want to double check on something. On one of the days we are going to MK, we are thinking about making a reservation to go to Hoop Dee Doo. Am I correct, we could take the boat from MK to Fort Wilderness for the Hoop Dee Doo and then take the boat back to the park after the show?

We normally drive everywhere, but if we want to go back to MK, I want to make sure we can go to and from on the boat.

Yes, boat to Ft. Wilderness and back is the best way to get to HDDR from MK. Enjoy it - I think it's the best dinner show at WDW.

Thank you so much... My husband and I have done HDD before, but we drove there.

I would allow an hour from the time you get to boat dock in case you just miss the boat. also there is no car parking at HDDR you would have to park at front of campground at ride the internal bus as the walk is about a mile from the parking lot. as others have said boat is the way to go

Definitely boat, as others have said. We took the bus from another park to FW recently and the transfer bus route through the campgrounds is painful!
