Those green tubes are for a new permanent ferry doc at the MK scheduled to be operational mid Jan 2014.

Where did you come up with this information? They appear to definitely be large diameter PVC pipe which is obviously something you would not consider using for anything structural. Must they are going to have to relocate an underground water main as part of the project I don't think us what they are for.

There was a more recent picture of this posted over at WDWMagic. It appears that this is a boat dock of some sort, not a bridge. Not sure if it's staying there or if they are building it there and then moving it somewhere else.
