Magic Kingdom Rope Drop for 8:00 AM Open - Best time to be at TCC?

Hey all, my family plans to do rope drop at Magic Kingdom and the park is opening at 8:00am. What is the best time to be at the TCC to be able to be in front of most of the crowd. We are staying off property at the Fountains Resort and will be driving over to the TCC and parking. What time would the monorail or ferry boat start to take people from the TCC to MK?
