Magic Kingdom Opening Show on EMH morning

I've read different reports about the Magic Kingdom opening show on EMH mornings. Is it a shortened version or do they do the full version for an extra magic hour morning? Thanks!

It can be the full version. (Often, it is.)
But, on any morning, EMH or not, it could be one of the shorter versions.

When would you need to get there for the opening show (for an 8:00 AM EMH)?

Rule of Thumb: 30 minutes before posted opening time.
Some arrive even earlier.

There is always some form of "opening" at MK.

(The following is true for EMH or Regular Hours MK openings.)

It can be the full show with a welcoming host, singers and dancers, the steam train rolling in, Disney characters, Family of the Day, and streamers and confetti cannons.

Or, something as innocuous and simple as an audio recording welcoming guests to the Magic Kingdom.

Or, any variation and combination in-between.
