Magic Kingdom on Xmas Day - MUST DO'S?

Hello all,

Looking for some help here. We have been to Disney several times but this coming xmas will be our first trip to WDW on Xmas day. We have been there just after before but never on the actual day itself.

We know it will be crazy busy but we want to experience xmas day at MK. Because we go so often, we don;t really mind not getting on the attractions. Just want to be in the spirit and atmosphere that is Disney.

With that said, are there about "MUST DO's" that we should keep in mind? What are the special things that only occur during Xmas?

I've been on Christmas before, but don't think we went to MK. I actually forget, but think it was Epcot or something?

I'd say first of all, get up and out EARLY! Enjoy the atmosphere, but then when it starts to get super crowded head back to enjoy the resort.

We have been there on Christmas and it is CRAZY! Know your plan, and get there at rope drop, and then plan on leaving around noon. Lines will be at the minimum of 180 minutes. They have a Christmas parade but as Must do's, Its a regular day.

We've been several times on Christmas day and I don't find it that crazy. Nothing like NYE.

Just is another day except everyone seems a bit friendlier.
