The MK movie is rumored to be based on the Kingdom Keeper series of books. I've read them and the movie could be amazing if done right. It could also create a whole new and popular "tween" franchise for Disney.

I feel the same way...I'm reading the 3rd book now....I think it would make a great movie.

The story is similar but I thought I heard that is was not based on the Kingdom Keeper Books.
