Magic Kingdom crowds on Mondays?

This is our first trip to Disney World, thus I've been researching like mad for the last few months. We'll be in Disney from 02/12 - 02/19 and hope to hit each park on their supposed "best" day. Research shows I should go on the following days:
Saturday (02-12) - MGM
Sunday (02-13) - AK in the am and Epcot in the pm
Monday (02-14) - Magic Kingdom

Unfortunately I've come across conflicting information regarding MK crowds on Mondays. Where one source of information says Monday is the day to go since it is NOT an EMH day, another says it always has heavy crowds on Mondays.

Two questions:
(1) Do I shoot for Monday at MK, a supposed Best day or do I go on Tuesday and forego Spectromagic (doesn't show Tuesday evening) in favor of lighter crowds?
(2) Is MK especially busy on Valentine's Day? Busy enough to push me to going on Tuesday and missing Spectromagic?

If your tickets have the hopping option, I would do Epcot on Monday and "hop" over to MK in the evening for Spectromagic. Tuesday is supposed to be a better day for going to MK. On one of my visits to Disney, one of the Bus drivers told us that the busiest day for MK was always on Mondays. I found this list that may be of some help:

Sunday - Epcot® or Disney's Animal Kingdom®
Monday - Epcot® or Disney-MGM Studios
Tuesday - Magic Kingdom® Park or Epcot®
Wednesday - Magic Kingdom® Park or Epcot®
Thursday - MGM Studios or Disney's Animal Kingdom®
Friday - MGM Studios or Magic Kingdom® Park
Saturday - Disney's Animal Kingdom® or Epcot®

Yes, we do have park hopper tickets so it looks like we'll plan for Tuesday. Thanks for the advice!

I have found Monday's to be very crowded. Go for Tuesday!
