So, the title pretty much says everything.

My boys (age 16) and I are going to FL next Tuesday and we will be spending half the time at my SIL’s house and half at Universal but spending an After Hours at MK on May 5th. Something we always did as a family is go to Crystal Palace - one boy LOVED Pooh (and still does) and of course I’m trying to cram everything in. Should we skip the HEA fireworks and get a late dinner (actually second dinner as we are eating at 5 at Ohana) or is it worth it to try to eke out some space for the fireworks. I get the impression that it will be super crowded for them. In the past we generally did rides or were already back at the hotel during fireworks.

Yes, I know it’s a lot of food in a short amount of time but my boys are nearly 6’ and athletes so they usually have two dinners at home. :D

If you're not fireworks people, dinner at Crystal Palace sounds like a great option. Also, a special time to share memories of time there shared with your DH.

Also, there is another opportunity for a less crowded fireworks offering, Disney Enchantment at 11PM. Enjoy your visit.

My condolences on your loss.

I would ask the boys which is more important to them. Food will probably win, but you never know. They might prefer to skip both fireworks and food to focus on rides instead.
