Magic hours...avoid or take advantage

I read somewhere that you should avoid going to the magic hour parks on those morning becuase everyone will be there. Is that a good idea or just the opposite?

Personally every time I have taken advantage of EMH or EEH it has been great!! Just head for the most popular attractions and ride those first....
Lat week I got on Big thunder raild road 5 times with little or no wait..
I think it depends on the time of year you go as well but I always have had positive experiences.....

We love the morning Extra hour. Our DS (3 yrs.) is an early bird, so getting up was never a problem for us. We were there the week of Jan.21-28. At the MK during morning extra hour, we could just walk on most rides. It was great!

Take advantage of it! We never had a problem with it. It was great to be in the parks longer. And if the hour is in the evening, you can leave the park to have dinner, then come back for a couple more rides and then watch the fireworks. We loved it!

I think that if you really get there when the extra magic hour starts it is great. Also, it starts to clear out near the end of the night extra magic hour. Everyone heads to the park with the extra magic hours whether they get there early or not. I avoid the extra magic hours parks unless I need to see spectromagic (this is a must for me). Even then I try to stay in another park during the day and then park hop.
