Magic/Fantasy different PAT Disney transfers

The Fantasy starts PAT at 10:30am, where as the Magic also in Port Canaveral starts at 11am. Is there a reason behind this? If coming from airport on Disney transfers, would it also be delayed a half hour? In November we arrive about 10:20am from MCO. Still would like to get on first bus from airport, but if it delayed a half hour, would give us more time for breakfast.

The PAT system was started with the newer ships that carry considerably more passengers. The DCL terminal at PC was designed to handle the Magic and Wonder with fewer passengers. Due to fire code regulations, DCL has to stagger passenger arrivals so as not to exceed building occupancy maximums. The earlier PATs for the Dream-class ships allows more time to do this, while the classics don't really need the extra time to move passengers through. Arriving on DCL transfers from MCO, your PAT is a moot point as you will be allowed into the terminal at whatever time the bus arrives. If you wish to take a little longer at breakfast, you can simply catch a later bus from MCO -- one departs approximately every 20 minutes all morning.

Thanks. The kid enjoy being the first ones in at port, just the feel of the empty building. Do you know if the first bus still leaves around 9:15am or is it later?

The first bus leaves when it's full. Typically that's around 9:10-9:15. But could vary.
