I didn't know where to post this so I am trying it out here. Those of you that have used this service how was it? Would you use it again or not? Did you get your luggage pretty quickly after you arrived at your resort or did it take awhile? Would you pack enough clothes for at least a day just in case? Also, if you have little children did you have to bring your own car seat or did they have some to use? Sorry, so many questions but we are leaving next week and are using this service and wanted to see how it was. Thanks in advance!

We used the Magical Express in July. I thought it went well. They do not have car seats that I am aware of. The bus does not have seat belts. The luggage took a couple of hours to get to our room except for one piece that was delayed and I had to call twice to ask where it was. I think this is a great service if you do not need a car at the World. Have a great time. I can't wait to go again!

I've used it 1.5 times - yes, that's right. It was just going in service when I was there the first week of May.

It worked just fine for us. Sure was better than waiting in line for a car, and saved that expense. Also beat waiting in line for one of those Mears vans - the limos are too expensive.

We enjoyed the DVD playing during the trip, too.

I ALWAYS take a carry on with my meds, contact solution and case, and a change of clothes (sometimes my swimsuit, too). I don't trust the airlines to get me and my suitcase together at the same airport.

Our plane left at 9:00 pm. So we checked in ourselves (got the boarding pass) and left the luggage to be shipped on the plane. It went onto the airport that day. Yes, it showed up on our plane with us back home. The carry on stuff was checked with the staff too - but it was available to us as many times as we wanted during the day.

I thought it worked well, and hope they'll keep it up. We arrived at 8:15 am, and were in our room at 9:30 am - no hassles, and my nerves weren't frayed!

We just got back from our trip this past Saturday. On the way from the airport to the hotel (Wilderness Lodge) we waited about 30 minutes for the bus. This was kinda frustrating especially when my mom and sister rented a town car and left the airport the same time we did and they had to get their own luggage. So for us not getting our own luggage did not save us any time. We had our 3 year old with us and there are no car seats for the buses nor will they yet you put one on because the buses have no seat belts. Our luggage ended up in our room not long after we checked in. We did pack a change of clothes and our bathing suits in our carry on. I believe after a little exploring and going back up to put our bathing suits on was when our luggage was in our room. When we left they were to pick us up at 12:35 (our flight was at 3:30). We checked in and printed boarding passes for the plane and left luggage that morning around 9:00. The bus showed up around 12:50 and then we had two more stops before heading to the airport. We had the walt disney DVD on the way to the hotel but nothing to the airport the majority of the people fell asleep. Anyway we finally made it to the airport at about 2:00. I was worried about getting there to earlier but this was perfect timing. The drivers were all very nice and our luggage was some of the first off the plane when we got back home. Overall I would definetly use this service especially since its free. Everything went really well. We will probably use it agian in the future, if they start to charge for it I might reconsider since with a town car you get a grocery stop.

Just used it a single adult last week. I loved it didn't have to wait at all going from airport to POP. I was at the hotel in about 30mins. My luggage arrived about 3hrs later.

The return trip was just as smooth.
