Magic Express - Swan/Dolphin???

I know these 2 hotels get some perks of WDW resorts (trans to parks, EMH etc...) but I was wondering if they qualify for Magic Express...

I'm working on a trip for 2 of my co-workers and they really don't want to rent a car, so this will make a difference, between here or a moderate resort.

No, they don't qualify for DME since they are not Disney-owned hotels.

That's what I thought, but I really wasn't sure, knew that if I asked here, I would get an answer quickly.....

They can pay Mears for transportation to S/D. They might even be transported on a DME bus.
