It runs all the time. They will only take your luggage for you from the carrousel between 5a-10p. Otherwise you need to take it to DME with you.

In short....
You can get a bus at any time...the buses run 24 hrs a day.
If you have checked bags that you have tagged with the yellow DME tags, you can get them delivered to your resort between the hours of 5am and 10pm. The hours between 10pm and 5am, all bags will go to the baggage carousel to be claimed. If not claimed, the bags will go to the unclaimed bag area, where, hopefully, a DME CM will get it the following morning...after 5am.
