Magic bands

DH, DD and myself are leaving in just over 2 weeks for our trip to WDW. I am *positive* I personalized our magic bands months ago, and just realized we don't have them yet. I logged into the website and it tells me to customize them! I'm a bit annoyed because I know I already did this, and I'm pretty sure we're past the cut off when they will mail them. Can anyone confirm that I will have to pick the bands up when we arrive? Is this at our resort I'm assuming? We are taking ME from the airport so I just want to be prepared if there's someplace to get them there, or we'd just have to give our reservation info instead.

Yes if it is telling you to customize them then you will have to ask for MB when you check in. The resort is the only place to get them. You will have to check in at the DME desk give your reservation info to get on the bus.

I think I remember reading about similar experiences on some recent MB threads. When they rolled out the option for paid upgrades, some people's already-customized band choices disappeared. Sorry that happened to you, too!

Ugh I wish I had been more on top of things and realized sooner! I didn't know that was an issue for others too!

I had the same thing happen to me, but I realized it before the cut off date so ours will still be mailed to us. Sorry it happened to you!

Got a shipment notification email today! Looks like we just squeaked by; hopefully they will arrive before we leave
