Magic Bands

We have reservations for AKV for April and also have AP's already. Was wondering when we would find out about getting Magic Bands and would it be on the My Disney Experience site under the Annual Passes or do you get an email. Curious. Have seen conflicting info and was thinking of taking an earlier trip. Thanks.

The only way we knew was that one day I checked the site about 55 days out, and it it said I could personalize MB's. So, my advice is to check your page daily and see when you get the invitation.

Agree check MDE daily around 60 days out. In fact I had my magic Bands customized & shipped, and fast passes scheduled before I got the E-mail from Disney telling me I could do all of that.

Great I will do that. Was just wondering if there was a timeframe or could you do it anytime having an AP. The big reason I guess was that I was thinking about shooting down for a stay during the winter and getting another use on our Annual Passes and wanted to have the Magic Bands done prior to it. Thanks. I will keep checking.
