Magic Bands ship today!!!

Just one step closer to our first Disney family vacation. I've been several times, but never for this long. 2 oldest kids have been when they were younger but only for 2 days. 2 youngest kids have never been. None of the kids even know we're going. Gonna pick them up from school 31 days from now with our bags packed and ready to hit the road. Can't wait.

Sounds like fun! I'm impressed you've been able to keep it a secret. Our bands ship Friday, so I assume we will be there at the same time. We can't wait either!

How can you tell when your bands are shipping? Mine says "being customized."

Mine said that yesterday. But when I logged into MDE today, there was a notification that they were shipped. Once they're done being customized, that space that says "being customized" will have the shipping info.

Thanks! I am getting excited and ahead of myself. I guess the reason that I asked is because graciegirl5 said that hers will ship Friday and I am curious how she knows that if the system skips straight from being customized to shipped. Really just curious...but excited to get mine as well.

Sorry, I didn't state that very well. Ours have to be customized by Friday and they usually ship shortly after that. I may be jumping the gun a little. Just a little too excited, I guess. Sorry for the confusion I caused.

That's okay. I just thought maybe there was a "trick" I didn't know or if it ALWAYS ships the day after it shows customizing. Thanks for the responses.

We are doing the "pick up from school and head to WDW" as well on 11/12. Awesome!

DD knows we are going, but I have LIED (fire and brimstone!) and told her our trip is in December. So 11/12 is early dismissal and parent teacher conference afternoon and 11/13 is a teacher in-service day (yay, free day).

Daddy has arranged to be off work that afternoon and we are celebrating her awesome report card (they're all awesome) by going to eat and spending the rest of the day together...EXCEPT we are really going to the airport and heading to WDW. BWAHAHAHAHA!

Got our MDE bag tags yesterday and MB's should ship in the next few days also. I was afraid to check when I saw the website/app was being all Stitch has a Glitch today.

Mine are out for delivery today. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHYEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAIIIIIIEEEEEE!!!!! (That's the Cajun yell of excitement). It's like when your wedding invitations go out in the mail. It's like - this is really happening SOON.
