Magic Bands - new ones?

Hello,
Is there a way to find out when new magic bands are being released? We aren't going for several months, so there's no rush to get one right now. I haven't been to the parks for a bunch of years, so this is new to me. (Last time I went they were free) I don't really like the ones that I see on the website, so I was hoping new ones would come out before I have to order. But then I started wondering if the selection might be even worse when I have to order. Any advice for a newbie? Thank you.

We were unhappy with our choices.. I ordered magicyourband.com those stickers were awesome.. they stayed on for over 6 trips and water rides. They go over any band. Sk you can get the cheap one.

My son just upgraded to magicband plus it is ok, it is interactive in the parks.. kills my phone battery and the darn watch has to be charged.. hut he loves it.
