Magic bands held at your resort

Can I request that they not send our magic bands to my home and instead we pick them up at the front desk when we check in at the resort?

Has anyone done this?

I've never done it myself but I have heard that it's possible to do so. Call and find out to make sure!

Yes, you can have the bands sent to the resort. I did this in 4/2017 because we were not traveling directly from home to the resort. I called the Disney resort directly, after I booked and asked them to do this for me. It was no problem at all. You can probably set this up at booking also.
