Can you still use a magic band to unlock It's a Small World realm on Disney Infinity Wii?

Are you asking for about Wii or WiiU, Disney Infinity1 or 2? It can be unlocked in Disney Infinity 2.0 which is available on WiiU not Wii. For the original Disney Infinity (1.0) which has a Wii version, the magic band unlocks the Dragon Gate
