Magic Band Tags

Hello,

I hope is post is in an acceptable category. I was recently at WDW and noticed that some guests had small plastic tags that wrapped around their magic bands. It looked like there was one for Annual passs and one for DVC. Does anyone know what these are called and where I can learn more about them? Thanks!
