ordered from them for my 2 DGDs for our November 2016 trip. skins came with no holes punched in them to match the holes in the bands. I e-mailed, they said that was not possible, the machine punches the holes. I took a picture of the skins with no holes and e-mailed them. They finally grudgingly said they would send replacements but would only ship "regular service", not priority (they are in the UK), never got the second order, contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and got a refund.
