Made ressies through convention center but they haven't shown up in DLH system???Help

I made ressies for DLH Concierge over a month ago through the Anaheim Convention Center. We will be going to a convention. I called yesterday to see if we were in the system and was told that the convention center hasn't sent them over yet. I'd like to take advantage of the fact that we are staying concierge and get some PS arranged, but without us being in the system this isn't an option. I'll have to go through the DLR lines instead. Does anybody know when our reservation will get sent over? We'll be there at the end of April. Part of staying concierge is the help you get beforehand, it would be disappointing if they don't get our ressies in time. I know patience is a virtue, but truthfully its probably not MY virtue! Does anyone know how their system works? Any help is greatly appreciated!

We are going to be there in the same timeframe, and I called last week to make PS arrangements (called Disney Dining myself.) It was quick and easy, so if you are concerned about not getting the dates/times you want if you wait for the reservation to show up, I'd go ahead and call DD.

Yes, you can still do the seating for eating yourself and even call VP to set up Fantasmic Buffet. What other things did you want to set up?

Vacation Planning handles things like treats to the room and the balcony or riverside seating. If you want those, you have to call and give them your credit card number ahead of time. They will call 30 days ahead (like March 30th for April 30) and book it for you. The concierge will just send you over to either Guest Services(right by the sundy store in the lobby) or to Vacation Planning to set up what you need. The only thing "special" concierge gets you is access to the lounge for food. They will help with directions, tours etc. when you are there but Guest Services does most of the stuff.

I like to do it myself and after waiting for a call back from VP, I finally just called room service and set up all my goodie treat deliveries myself! Worked great-no middle man and I made my own balcony seating reservations too but for that try hard to go though VP as they almost always get the front row.

I'm not sure when you reservation will be turned over but you don't have to let that stop you!

Your convention may have a cutoff date 30 days out . . . I would keep checking.

I do want Fantasmic seating so I guess I need to call soon to get that set up. I didn't understand about the middle man arrangement. I thought concierge took care of that kind of thing. I'm so excited about finally staying concierge at Disney. As a little girl I always wanted to stay at DLH. We lived about 2 miles away so it was never feasible but I sure did envy those kids getting on and off the monorail at the DLH. Can't Wait!!
