Made reservation on phone - can't add to online res list

So I made a reservation over the phone for the Pirate Pals cruise. I have the confirmation number. However, when I go to add the reservation to my online "My Reservations" list, it can never find it! Is that normal?

So I made a reservation over the phone for the Pirate Pals cruise. I have the confirmation number. However, when I go to add the reservation to my online "My Reservations" list, it can never find it! Is that normal?

The two phone reservations I made, Candlelight Processional package and the Hoop Dee Doo Revue, I was able to pull both up online on my reservations page on the Disney site. Did you do a search by reservation #? There is also an update/refresh button to click that might help if you haven't tried that.

I purchased tickets to MVMCP this morning. Is there a way to confirm the purchase on-line? I was given a "will call" number and was told to pick them up from our concierge or at MK Guest Relations. Can I use that number to confirm online?
