I just wanted to add in my experience, not even 24 hours into it, with Food Services.
When we got home from the travel agent, I made our ADR's and I emailed Brenda Bennett and explained that Justin is gf/cf. But that also, at the moment we're waiting for more allergy test results, so that could change.
She forwarded my email. By mid-afternoon I had a response from her with tons of attachments. Late afternoon I had another email from Pop Century telling me our options at the food court.
I must admit, they seem more geared to gluten (since celiac is becoming so common) and less about casein, but the info is there for me to piece together. The child is going to eat better there than he does at home!
Planning ahead is definately key, but we're going May 29 and I got all the ADR's the times I wanted with no problem. (okay, yeah,

Now that I've gotten that part out of the way, I guess I move on to the next steps-- making the huge packing list of all the stuff everyone says to take, along with the specifics (like earplugs) for our family.
I am soooo excited! Seriously!
