Just got off the phone a little bit ago. Here is where I made them for:
Boma Dinner, Crystal Palace Dinner (on my birthday!), Hollywood & Vine with Fantasmic Package, Tony's Town Square, L'Originale Alfredo Lunch, Cape May Cafe Seafood Buffet Dinner
Good Choices? Anything I may need to know as a first-timer? Thanks!

crystal palace is a great place, you'll have a great birthday dinner!

I have no idea how many days you're going to be at WDW, but we tend to schedule one sit-down meal a day (we always try for a late lunch since it's cheaper and can hold us over for the day). As for your meals, you've definitely picked some good ones. Just make sure that you're not going to feel like you're constantly eating and not seeing the park.

Great choices, Boma is superb but if you're doing that one first I hope you're not dissapointed by Cape May or Hollywood and Vine, they are great, they're just not quite as good as Boma. Don't forget to try the zebra domes
