Made a payment on my Disney Package online and it is not showing it paid ?

Last night I made a payment on my Package at CBR and I dont think it went through ? It is not showing up as being paid and I did not get an email. I checked my credit card online and of course they are always behind on posting. Now I'm not sure if I should try again because I dont want to over pay ? Anyone have this problem ?

You should call and see if the payment went through.

I had the same thing happen. I had my print showing amount paid and balance due but after several days of it not showing up at either my bank or on our reservations page I called. The payment had not gone through for some reason and I made it again over the phone. The next payment I made I tried online again and after inputting the info the system came back and said my cc was invalid so I entered the number again and hit submit. I had not checked the amount paid line, just reentered the cc info and imagine my surprise when I saw balance due $0. During the reentry process the amount to be paid changed from what I entered back to the entire balance. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone trying to get that straightened out but guest services was able to refund everything except the amount I had intended to pay. It took 3-4 days for that to hit back to my bank but it all worked out. My next payment will not be made online - only phone calls from me for the next payment!

Sometimes, when I make payments on my vacation package, the payment will show up within an hour. Other times, it takes over 24 hours. I'd give it the 24 hours and if it doesn't show up, then I'd call to make sure the payment was processed.

I went back in and decided to pay another payment and I think I figured out what I did. Where it had to a choose to pay in full or pay a partial payment. I didnt check mark pay a partial payment and after I had paid my missing payment it came up to make another payment. Guessing it was because it was checked to pay in full, so it wanted the rest Even though it said thank you for your payment it wanted me to continue to pay another payment. Anyway I think I got it figured out.

I made my final payment a few months ago. I got a confirmation with a balance of 0. However at my 45 day mark I got an email reminding me of a balance that was due. I went in to check and it was showing a balance of 0. I called just to make sure but everything was ok. Noone knows why I got that email. Panicked just a little......ok alot. All I could think about was they were gonna cancel my reservation. Whew!

Glad I'm not the only one paid twice on it yesterday and from two separate accounts (to make up the remaining balance) and neither are showing *Freaking Out* that was at noon yesterday. Guess I will call in the morning.

I *hate* their online payment system. It's glitchy, and it took days (maybe even a week) for me to get an email about it after I made partial payments.
