Made 1900 Park Fare strawberry soup!

And it came out fantastic! We were given the recipe by our waitress in March and we've patiently waited for strawberry season to make it. Today DH and I picked 8lbs of strawberries at a nearby orchard and I made it this evening. I did add a little sugar since the berries were fresh, not frozen like it calls for (with syrup). DELICIOUS!!! It tastes just like it does at 1900 Park Fare, minus the characters.

Yummy! I love that soup! DH and I are going picking on Saturday...I think I will be making some, too!
