Macie and Ken's Escape Wedding SBP/Dessert Party 6.7.11

Hi everybody! Like many other brides, I have spent countless hours looking through other PJs...I finally decided it's time for me to start my own! I especially thought it was time, since our wedding isn't very far away. Here's a little bit of information about our happily ever after
-Wedding:
June 7, 2011 (yes...that's less than 5 months away!)
Sea Breeze Point 10:00 am
Dinner at Cape May Cafe (Beach Club Resort)
Dessert Party at Morocco (or United Kingdom)
-United Kingdom is my first and favorite choice...BUT we would for sure have to have 20 people, or else we will be booted! This thought terrified me..so I decided on Morocco just to be safe. My WP said that if the United Kingdom venue is still open in the days before the wedding we might be able to switch that would be wonderful!
Rehearsal dinner at 'Ohana
Colors Black, ivory, and pink

Can't wait for our happily ever after!!

Congrats! My wedding is 4 days after yours at the WP, Whitehall room for cocktail hour, then the ballroom for the reception!

My wp is on vacation right now...so I'm going to ask her about Epcot when she gets back. If I don't have a shoot, I'm going to have to spend a lot of money on other things to meet my budget (but I'm sure there's plenty of things to spend money on haha). On a positive note...I'm now having my dessert party at UK lochside like I wanted

That's great! I have a feeling we will be requesting UK Lochside too Are you having more people come, or did they just give in and let you have it?

I've got my fingers crossed that the photo shoot works out for you. I saw one from DHS not too long ago that was really pretty. There were lots of photos around the Tower of Terror courtyard, and I just love that area. The Animal Kingdom ones are gorgeous as well!

So...I've discovered that I'm really bad at keeping my PJ updated But I am up to my eyeballs in programs, invitations, and planning finer details! I promise I will eventually post everything I've been working on...just to prove that I have been! haha Anyways.....BIG NEWS! I feel like the luckiest girl in the world...Tanis (WP) emailed me and a spot opened up for a Magic Kingdom photo shoot ahhhh!. I am penciled in for being picked up at 6:15 am the morning after our wedding. Now I just have to see who we get for a photographer!

ahhh! I know...I was so excited when my planner emailed me. I basically hyperventilating when I called my mom haha I've been looking at so many pictures for inspiration! Any new plans for your wedding yet?!

Just joining in with you! I've loved reading along so far. SO SO happy for you that you got your photo shoot! That was one of the most important things for me with this Disney wedding.
I also have Tanis as our WP. Haven't heard much from her yet, but we aren't getting married til October. How has working with her gone so far?
DF spoke on the phone with her once (I was at work. ) and I emailed her some questions last week. Haven't heard back from her yet. I am trying to be patient, I know it's busy season, but grr!!
I just want some answers! haha. How long does she usually take to get back with you?

I am also doing a black and pink wedding, but we are adding little accents of teal. It's so funny, I never thought I'd be a pink girl, but here I am!

No new updates yet. I missed the call from my consultant last week, and then she was out of town rest of the week, so I'm waiting to hear back! Very impatiently, I might add

Hi! Thanks for following...even though I haven't been doing a very good job updating my pj I promise to do better with my TR!
Tanis is somewhat slow at getting back to you..I always just sent another email to her! But she will also try her hardest to get you what you want...like my mk photoshoot so all in all, I really like her! Hope that helps!
Oh and I think the teal with the pink and black will look great

That is very early...but he'll think it is worth it about the time you start walking into the MK

I have a phone call scheduled for tomorrow evening. I'm so excited! Her name is Michelle, and the best part is that she said there aren't any other couples wanting our date yet. Let's hope it stays that way for a few more months!

so exciting! I am right behind you, on Saturday. Right now, you look good for no rain, and no rain the day before or after you (I am not so lucky..its supposed to rain on my wedding day and the day after! nooooo)
