Mac-n-Cheese at Chefs?

Thinking about this for dinner; anyone have anything to say about it?

It just sounds really, really good. We have a restaurant equivalant to Chefs here, and they have the best mac-n-cheese at dinner.

i've never eaten there but did you check out allears.net to look at the menu?

I thought it was very good (I'm a comfort food person). Not worth booking a reservation for, but a nice choice if you're already there. As a vegetarian, I can't compare how it rates to other things on the menu.

My dh didn't care for it (not a mac & cheese guy). And my kids wouldn't touch it because it wasn't orange.

We just had it last week, and I was underwhelmed, given all the raves!...It was ziti in a bechemel sauce with melted greyure (swiss) over it, so it was very mild. Not bad, but not impressive either. We had it as part of the "french menu" and the onion soup was a stand outand the creme brulee pretty good, but not as good as Le Cellier's!

We really were there to see Remy before he left.

FYI: we only eat fresh (scratch) mac and cheese at home, made with sharp cheddar, so that is our reference point. This mac was far better than the other mac n on Disney property....I bet House of Blues might have a good one...or wolfgang pucks

My daughter (13) ordered it last week and didn't care for it. I ate a bit of it because I didn't like my rice, and it wasn't bad, but I didn't love it. It seems like it should have been creamier than it was.

By far...the best Mac and Cheese on property is at Cali Grill. My kids have had it both visits over the last two summers, and I have eaten my share of it
