Hello,
Thanks to the search part of this thread I've found info regarding the no.50 bus . Dh and I don't drive and we will be visiting from the uk.

Just wondered how long the journey took ( on average? )

We thought we could get it to sea world - which is at the bottom of I drive and then explore I drive - is there is the little I ride trolleys? Where you can hop on & off - it's been about 10 yrs since we went on it.

We'd appreciate any help

Thanks

You can view the schedule here. Travel time appears to be 35 minutes from TTC running every half hour. There's also a nice map & summary available for download here.

I-Ride trolley info is here.

Most of the I-Ride route is duplicated by Lynx buses 8 & 42. Link 8 runs every 15 minutes. For 50 cents more than a round trip, you can buy a Lynx all-day pass and ride 50, 8, & 42 as much as you want. The all-day passes are available from the bus driver; just let him know you want one before you put your fare in the box.

Thank you so much for the information - so can I get the 8 or 42 from sea world or is there a walk from where I get off the 50 ?

I would recommend that you use the trip planner on the Lynx website.

Link 8 serves Sea World, but I don't know if the stop is the same as 50. If not, it should be within easy walking distance. You really need to ask the bus driver.

Link 42 does not go to Sea World; it's just another alternative to go up & down I-Drive.
