Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with lymphedema in WDW? I have it in my left arm and was wondering if there were any rides that they suggest you don't ride?

You can look at the park maps for the attractions with warnings - they are marked with a red triangle on the map and also on a sign at the entrance to the queue.
The wording for the general warning is:
WARNING! For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.

There would be no rides specific in those warnings that would apply to your situation, so here's the list from WDW with a few notes from me.

For Epcot here are the attractions with warnings:
  • Mission Space - has periods of the spaceship tossing mostly forward and back.
  • Test Track - has some sequences where your car swerves and comes to a rapid stop. Also includes some simulated bumpy roads
For Magic Kingdom:
  • Splash Mountain - mostly a slow ride, but includes some sharp drops, including the big drop that you can see from outside
  • Big Thunder Mountain Railroad - a roller coaster with fairly sudden changes of direction
  • Tomorrowland Indy Speedway - small size gasoline cars; the hazard here is other cars hitting you from behind
  • Space Mountain - roller coaster
  • Goofy's Barnstormer (this doesn't have a triangle warning sign on the map, but does say that pregnant women should not ride so it's not completely tame)
For Disney Studio
  • Star Tours - a simulator ride through space. Is pretty rough
  • Rock N Roller Coaster - a roller coaster, but is a fairly smooth one
  • Tower of Terror - several sudden drops when your elevator 'fails'. The number of drops varies. The drops are straight down and then you are lifted rapidly back up. Arms sometimes 'float' up as the elevator falls.
For Animal Kingdom:
  • Kilimanjaro Safari - a bumpy ride over simulated dirt roads.
  • Kali River Rapids - doesn't really throw you around, but you will get wet and might get totally soaked
  • Expedition Everest - roller coaster
  • Primeval Whirl - VERY rough and you can get tossed around A LOT. I would recommend not doing this one
  • Dinosaur - VERY rough ride in almost total darkness, so you have no opportunity to brace yourself.

Many people suggest that the Safari is less bumpy closer to the front, but it is still bumpy. We sit in the front seat because youngest DD needs to stay in her wheelchair; we still get bounced around a lot. It all depends on which ruts your ride car hits. I have also ridden it without DD, and have found the farther back seats are about the same (unless you are talking about the back 1/3 of the tram). Also, the tram is quite far off the ground; in case of a problem with the tram, you will need to get off of the tram without aid of the boarding area which raises you closer to the level of the seats.
