Lyft wait and save option from WDW to Universal

Just wanting to know if lyft wait and save option from Walt Disney World to Universal Islands of Adventures any good.
Does it take longer than time estimated to be matched with driver because I was reading reviews about lyft wait and save that that there a timer and when it reaches zero you have to wait until phone vibrates to be matched with driver is that how lyft wait and save works?
Would I be better choosing lyft standard or uberX or would lyft wait and save be best option?

How much is your time worth? The reports I've read say a 20 minute wait could be a $1 to $5 discount. I'm probably not going to wait that long while on vacation to save that little.

I've heard that with wait and save that sometimes when it say's the wait time 10 minutes you'd probably still have to wait longer after when time is up as you wait until phone vibrates and if a driver cancels them you have to start again maybe I might select the next option something like lyft standard or lyft priority or UberX. I'd probably be there hours if I choose lyft wait and save.

I've done wait and save, it wasn't worth it. I waited forever to be matched (I actually thought the app was frozen), then it timed out without finding me a driver and I had to start all over again. Did that once more than gave up and grabbed a cab (I was at an airport).

Wait and save is usually when they don't have enough drivers, so they're trying to incentivize you to wait a little bit in the hopes they can get more drivers on the road and take care of some of the demand. So if you're not in a hurry and don't mind waiting, it could work. Just know that even seeing the 'wait and save' as an option could mean problems getting a driver.

It's a crapshoot.
We did wait and save once, said the wait would be 10 minutes. Ok, it actually ended up only being 5 minutes.
Second time we did it said 20 minutes. That was fine cuz we were still eating. 30 minutes later, nada. Took 45 minutes to get someone to pick us up. Which was sort of ok, we had time to use the restroom after eating, lol.

Hi I've never used lyft before so I would personally recommend wait and save option if it's offered as wait and save option might mean there might be difficulty in finding drivers I think it would be the same as Lyft standard or priority and lyft XL so it might be best option to use wait and save so if you are going to Universal I request the ride in the morning even though you won't have early access to the Universal park but you are guaranteed you not wasting a day waiting for phone to vibrate and pickup optionally you can try Uber, ring a taxi or rent a car but you can only rent a car if you drive and have license to drive.
