Deena, you are kinda sorta the busiest girl in the world. Seriously!!! Do you want to do some of my work for me too? You know, in all of your free time?

And as for the shower thingie... FMIL gave you $500, so spend $500. That's it. To heck with centerpieces and making it look classy. Throw FMIL's name on it and be done with it!

Cheap favors though? Hmmmm. How about pumpkin spice candles from Walmart--- they have some for $1! You could make a label for it and print it out at home in black and white. That's all I got lol!

Apparently we're having a meeting to go over all this. I saw on yahoo, someone took those plastic martini glasses, filled them with jelly beans and popped a drink umbrella in them. It was kinda cute. We'll see.

Little update. I finally sent my planning pack in last night. We had an event at an art museum and I got home super late--but I made myself do it. This morning I got my email from Brevard County with my Marriage License Application It's for real people--for real. I'm getting married in 62 days!!! We need to look thru all that, get it notarized and send it back in. I'm updating our wedding website for RSVPs for the shower that I've decided to call a pre-wedding celebration.

A new Disney Store is opening nearby and I'm going to be one of the first 500 guests in the door tomorrow so I get a gift I'm super pumped. Then we'll go to Hobby Lobby, Michaels, JoAnns, the party store... to look at schtuff.

I really want my dress. I want it now. I'm tired of waiting.

I need to answer 3 emails FMIL sent me. All in which start with... if you want... I'll leave you alone. Um hi. I left the house at 7:25am yesterday and walked in at 10:45pm. Then I got another overnight. I can't get on my personal email here, and my phone doesn't work in my building too well so she thinks I'm just ignoring her. Grrrr. I really need to talk $$ with her because, as I was afraid--this is turning into craziness. His brother called me the other day to tell me how many beds he had if people couldn't drive. They think this is a big drunken bash. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Sorry, but no. I have to work until 9:15 tonight so I'm sure she'll send something stupid in between. I'm cranky--I need Vitamin D.

I really would like to get this shower thing done and stuff bought this weekend because I want to be done with it. I have bigger fish to fry.

No clue when the dress gets here... could be as late as the week before--though I would prefer it get here tomorrow. I think we're ditching "themeing" just because I give up on this party... more on that in a few. And although Up! has been overdone in our world.... lol, I don't think any of our friends even know what it is

Oh Monday--you're terrible. This weekend was kind of a bust--but kind of not. Saturday, we went to the new Disney Store--we didn't make it in the morning, and I had read it was just a Disney Store reuseable bag so we got there around 12:30--the store was tiny--not great--disappointment. So we leave there, a Disney Outlet also opened this week, but 35 minutes in the other direction... so we went out of boredom--it wasn't bad--just crowded. Everything was crowded. We got some lunch and I took him home so he could nap before work. I went to Michaels, Hobby Lobby and JoAnns for decor, disposable wine glasses, and a card box... and I'm pleased with what I came up with. I still need to buy silver floating candles, and another bag of stones. Sunday we went to every store in town looking for the new Ben & Jerry's ice cream--but it wasn't out yet. Boo. If you've read the news.. you know what I'm talking about, lol. We picked up teeth whitening kits, and a few toiletry items for the trip and went home. I did the invites for the shower/partyish thing, stuffed the envelopes, addressed and stamped. That made me feel accomplished. We have a dinner "meeting" with FMIL tomorrow to go over food, details and loose ends. I'll send the invites out after we talk to her--because you just never know how this is going to go.

DF needs to get his suit altered, but he's lazy. He also needs to go with me to get our license notarized... but he won't make time. Other than those 2 things, I asked him to make a playlist for the shower... and that's his only job. I don't think I'm asking much--but I guess I am.

As of today... I'm done eating foods that I have allergic skin reactions to. My hives are getting worse and I need them to go down and not scar. That means no tomatoes, no ketchup, no strawberries, no pineapple. Me and ketchup are best friends and this is going to be really really hard. This also means spaghetti and pizza. Those are 2 of my main food staples. I'm italian, lol. This is very important though. I have reactions all over my neck, chest and arms--really bad. Hopefully tanning and Clinique's Even Better will diminish them.

This week I really need to get the Marriage License App in. I need to finish writing the ceremony. He MUST get that suit altered. I need to get organized and start packing.

I think that's about it. I, as I figured I would, am freaking out that I'm officially under 2 months. My ticker says 1 month and... xxx. Although I feel like I've got a lot done... at the same time, I feel like I have so much to do. I'm in this brain fog. I think I have a slow week at this job so I want to make a new list and get organized. My other schedule is very very hectic this week, so I wont have downtime at home until Sunday night.

I need to get pictures of my shoes and headband but I keep forgetting. That's on my list this week!! Okay... time to start my day! Enjoy!

So the HDDKR (Hoop de doo Kentucky Revue) meeting is on hold. She had to fly out last night to Panama City Beach--Dave's grandfather got moved up to the ICU. When Dave talked to him last week (in hospital) he said he didn't know why everyone was so worked up--that he lived a long, good life and if it was time, it was time. Dave and I respect that. My father was the same way--except his life wasn't nearly as long. She gave DF a folder of catering companies and an AMEX giftcard to cover my expenses from the announcements, invites and decorations. So we looked at those for a bit last night, made some decisions--and will finalize when she gets back--next week-ish.

I wanted to clean and do laundry tonight, but I think I'm just going to go to bed. I don't think I'm having a crisis... I just don't feel great today. I messed with my BC this week so that it doesn't fall on the most inconvenient week OF MY LIFE. I figured I'd mess it up now and give it time to re-adjust. I can tell my body is confused

I faxed my ceremony to Rev Jack today. I need to email it to him tonight when I get home. No sending of attachments here. I feel like that's a major part off my plate. There were lots of adjustments that needed made since there is only 2 of us!!

Well I'm going to wrap up here and I plan to be asleep by 7, lol. Have a great night!

Umm... we've lived there for 3 1/2 years... and I took that iron out of the box We have a steam dryer--so we never use an iron, lol. I think now that I'm getting close, I'm learning not to let things bother me as much. I can't believe it's almost here!!
