LUSH Cosmetics

Just got back from Toronto, and I went to Lush, a store with wonderful homemade cosmetics, bath products. soaps, etc. (www.lush.com) It's an international company, I can't believe that I'd never heard of it before. It only has a very few stores in the US, but I bet that will change soon. Incredible stuff! I bought 4 of thier bath bombs (this is what they are famous for), and I can't wait to try them out...still too hot in TX for a bath. The last time I bought bath bombs was at some store at the Downtown Disney shops in Anaheim...can't remember the name of the store though....

So, am I coming to the Lush party way late? Have other people been buying thier products?

Thanks for the reminder. My friend took me to Sephora in NY last week- they also have some great stuff.

We buy Lush products via their website. DW loves their bath bombs. Her favorites are the Butterball and the Bon Bomb. The ones that have dried flowers inside are more trouble than they're worth, though, in her opinion.

I like their shampoo bars. These look like a round bar of soap, but you rub the bar on your head and it works like shampoo. Irrestible Bliss is my fave.

BTW - If you do buy from the web, the price you get quoted is in Canadian dollars. I always forget that, and then get a pleasant surprise when I get the actual bill.

Actually, it's not. The store in DTD is Basin. (At least at WDW--just noticed she said Disney LAND)

Mmmmmmm my bathroom has lots of the bath bombs laying in baskets and the smell is heavenly! I love the LUSH products. I hate to use them up all at once and just use one if I'm feeling a need to pamper myself.

I LOVED the Lush products I got while I was studying in London. I got a great face mask that I kept in the fridge-- it was like going to a beauty deli!!

The face mask sounds awesome. Unfortunately, I'm guessing many of their products would melt if I had them sent to TX. Maybe later in the year...

I also got the Bon bomb when I went...can't wait. And I got one that will make my skin all shimmery...will save that for a party, I guess.

I love LUSH!

You can log onto their website via an american portal too. So the prices don't 'have' to be in Canadian. My favorites are their 'Angels on Bare Skin' exfoliator and the 'Honey I washed the kids' soap. Their bath melts are heavenly.
