Lurker comes out of hiding...And write a Trip Report!

My DH was soooo not into WDW when we went in Dec. I felt like I missed alot by trying to make sure we did things that I thought he would enjoy.:headache: He said he's will to go again and I told him that was fine but we were doing everything I wanted to do...no complaints from him allowed.:rotfl:

After walking right on by American and not purchasing any foreign beer, we came upon Italy. My absolute favorite. Although we didn't explore any further than the outside of the buildings, I was more than content at admiring the architecture.

How cool would it be to live in a little apartment back in there?

Up next.. Germany...Where Jason purchased yet another American beer in a foreign country. The train set was pretty cool but my favorite part - Snow White and her seven little men. I'm partial to Dopey, I feel we have a lot in common.

While waiting on Jason to get through his latest purchase, Haley and I went ahead and explored the Outpost. Haley is smiling now!

It was upon passing this bridge that the weather changed. In a way that caused a small panic within us. As you can see in the pictures, the clouds are getting darker and darker and the wind picked up so much so that it was a sure sign of something coming and we did not want to get caught in the middle of it. So we did a speed tour through China, Norway, and Mexico. All of which I took pictures of the buildings but we did not fenture further in. I have a feeling our next tour around the world may take us a few more hours.

'Hey Babe! There is GRASS GROWING ON THAT ROOF!!!' Obviously the liver is feeling back to normal and the American beer purchased in several foreign countries is now taking it's toll.

Mexico: (Had I known there was a ride in there and it was so cool and set up like Mexico at night I would have dragged my family in there kicking and screaming - oh the things to look forward to in 2011.)

We, apparently, were the only ones worried about the pending weather. See, in Missouri, if there are high winds and dark clouds, find cover. It may be a 5 min storm or a 30 min storm, but you're going to get wet either way. Not too many Epcot visitors as worried as we were. We were the only ones practically throwing our stroller at the check out and running to an empty bus.
A few minutes later we were safe and sound back at the hotel and after passing through the food court for Mickey Rice Crispy Ears and Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake...YUM!...we arrived back at our room to find the TV on and our Haley's friend in control of the remote.

After we had returned to the room, the sun was shining so what else would a 5 year old want to do but swim. So we all took a swim, and came back to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (who wouldn't want a little Johnny Depp before bed)...twice.

Up next...Animal Kingdom.

Just found your TR and I'm all caught up and enjoying the ride!!:thumbsup2

Looking forward to the next installment!!;)

You need a few trips to see all of the world showcase. Hence the reason we all keep going back.

You've got to convince Jason to try some international beers. There has to be one he might enjoy-especially after having a few domestic ones.

Did the BBB hairstyle make it through the swim?

Yea, a smile! Once again she is such a little cutie.:cutie:

:cool1: So nice to see that smile too. Still no character interaction but that will come with time...I hope. Next time we are all waiting in line so I can get my own shot with them! :thumbsup2

The 'Drink around the world' was all he talked about on the plane and then he chickened out. I think next time he'll be more apt to try a bit more.

This was our final day for the BBB hairstyle. I convinced her it was time to wash it out. And even then the glitter was still there. I found glitter in her hair even a week after we had come back. She was okay with letting it go.:bride:
