I like the *idea* of Les Chefs de France, as I can't imagine another opportunity in the near future to take my kids to a French restaurant. With that said, though, the current lunch menu at Le Cellier is more appealing to me - personally.

What do y'all think we should do? Le Cellier or Les Chefs de France for lunch? If it makes any difference, it's our intention to have Raglan Road for dinner later that night.

Le Cellier everytime. Le Chefs de France was busy, cramped and the food was average (in my opinion). Le Cellier is better spaced adn the food is incredible. The Cheese Soup and the Chocolate 'Moose' have to be tried.

I ate dinner at both Les Chefs de France and Le Cellier last November and really enjoyed both. I am eating at both of them again this November on our trip to the World. I don't think that you can go wrong but, if the menu at Le Cellier is more appealing then I think that you should eat there.

While I love LeCellier. I would say you are leaning towards Chefs De France....??? I think that is where you should go then. It sounds like you want to give the kids an experience.....go for it. ;)

We love both but I would go for Le Cellier if the menu appeals to you more. Reservations can be tough to get though, so if you can't get an ADR then I would have no problem recommending Chefs as a backup.

our house will give you a split decision. my husbands favorite lunch spot is le chef de france as the crouque monsieur is his favorite lunch (and something i now have to make for him at home...i really love to cook but it's a lot of steps for a grilled ham and cheese sandwich lol). for me, i prefer le cellier.

It all depends on what type of food you like. I pick Chef de France for lunch every trip and rarely book Canada. I prefer Le Cellier for dinner (but think it is overrated):surfweb:

I really am leaning toward Les Chefs de France, but only because the potential for the overall "experience." The thing is, if I'm going to pay for the DxDDP, then I want my kids to TRY different foods. For instance (and I don't know which menus these come from at which restaurants), but I fully intend to order appetizers like calimari (sp?) and escargot and things like that strictly for the purpose of them trying it so - when they say they hate it - they can do so with a bit better education behind them. Does that make sense? I won't make THEM order those as appetizers, but I'll order them myself as appetizers and have them taste them...they're not real adventurous, generally speaking. :)

When we go to a restaurant at Disney (Epcot, really), I don't allow them (DD mostly - DS is only 6) to make changes to the entree...they need to try it as designed for the simple reason that they will never understand what it's SUPPOSED TO BE if they've not tried it the way it was intended. We did this last time with DD at Epcot restaurants and she was initially really upset, and then she was shocked at how good the entrees were without the changes she wanted to make.

So....a lot of information; probably more than you wanted. But I'm leaning toward Les Chefs strictly for the experience. But I can't deny that the menu at Le Cellier is much more appealing to me. :)

We have eaten dinner at both LeCellier and France 3 times. We prefer LeCellier for dinner. We like the quiche at France for lunch with the onion soup. I am trying LeCellier next month at lunch on our Bday because I haven't been able to get a dinner ressie. I see they have the filet at lunch also. Hope it is as good as the dinner one.
