lunch in mexico

could someone help with suggestions for lunch at San Angel Inn in mexico at Epcot. We are going in Dec. and planning on lunch one day ,haven't eaten here in about 7 years and don't remember what was good.

You must try the Queso Fundido appetizer. It's soft taco shells (sort of) filled with a mixture of chorizo sausage and a few different cheeses. The server makes a little show of mixing it all up and filling the shells. Delicious!!
