Lunch/Dinner Times

Does anyone know when the lunch/dinner times change at the retaurants? For example at the Sci-Fi??

After looking at the menus I think that the lunch selections would work best for my family and I am thinking of making PS for a late lunch.

From the Unofficial Guide lunch is served until 4:00 pm
