WE are planning on grabbing a bite for lunch at both of these places. How crazy will the lines be at the end of June? Is there a better time to hit it?

Those are two of my favorites so I agree with your choices. Make sure you eat at off peak times to keep the lines shorter. You'll still have a wait of course but no sense going from 12-2PM during the super busy period.
