Any suggestions for quick service lunch places in AK and Epcot? We aren't sure where we will be for lunch, we are splitting the day between AK and Epcot.

Thanks!

At AK our favorite QS is Flame Tree Barbeque but Harambe Market looks very interesting too
There are so many that we love in WS in Epcot. They include:
La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico
Sommerfest in Germany
Katsura Grill in Japan
Tangerine Cafe in Morrocco
Les Halle's Bakery in France
Yorkshire County Fish& Chips in the UK
Enjoy

For Animal Kingdom, we also love Flame Tree BBQ. For Epcot, we tend to get meals from different countries and split them. France, Japan and Morocco are our favorites, especially because they are located next to each other, so we can get a meal in France or Japan, then pick up something in Morocco. We also end in Morocco since it's not super popular, which means we have never had a problem finding a table.

We just ate at harambe market the other day and it was great. A refreshing change to theme park fare. I had the tikka masala and my husband had the gyro. Both were good.

If you're travelling between parks, part of it depends on which one is second. If it's AK, Flame Tree is the closer to the entry than Harambe and it is solid barbeque for a quick serve place. It would also be on the way out (sorta). If EPCOT is second, you'd be in FutureWorld before making it to the countries. Sunshine Seasons has some decent food over in the Land. As you head into the World Showcase you hit Mexico on one side and Canada on the other. Nothing in Canada and I'm not huge on Mexico's QS, it's better than Taco Bell but not particularly good. Then you move further in. So it depends on how hungry you are and if you're willing to walk to the World Showcase.

Branching off of this, you could also take the bus to the beach club and proceed to enter Epcot in the international gateway. But because you can go to Epcot directly from AK, that might be your best best. Just all depends on what you want to do.

We are only able to go at crowded times of the year since my oldest started high school and I've had to move from TS lunches to QS lunches because FP+ made the days feel so over-scheduled.

In the AK Flame tree has always been our favorite because there was always plenty of seating. I hope that hasn't changed.

Tangerine's in Morocco has the best QS on property and seats are easier to come by. Yorkshire Fish also has excellent food and seating is hit or miss. The QS in France, while good food, we've walked in and right out because there were no tables available.
