I would love more non-Impossible meatless options, but I do get that with Disney's brand deal with them they are utilizing it more, and I have enjoyed everything I have tried with Impossible in it. I really wish I could try that Kung Pao Tofu! The Asian Tofu Salad at the Pacific Wharf Cafe is also amazing if you haven't tried it yet.

We had Field Roast hot dogs once in Disneyland at Harbour Galley, they were great.

And I had the Asian Tofu Salad over Christmas and I haven't stopped thinking about it since then! It was so good I need to recreate it! Definitely going to get one in February.
