Lump in the Throat Disney Movies

That part in Mulan where Mulan's father says to his daughter, "The greatest gift and honor is having you for a daughter." It always makes me think of my dad.

Ditto for me...I cry at pretty much every Disney movie at some point, for sad things, for happy endings.

Me, too. The only one I can think of that I don't cry in at least once is Emperer's New Groove.

Some of the worst ones:

Bambi- 'nuff said.
Beauty and the Beast- Belle holds Beast as he "dies".
Toy Story 2- Jesse remembering her owner while "When She Loved Me" plays.
Finding Nemo- "I've got you, Nemo- Daddy's got you."
Homeward Bound- Shadow coming over the hill.
Dumbo- Dumbo's mom rocking him through the bars.
Pinocchio- Pinocchio face down in the water.
Tarzan- Kala and Kerchak losing their baby, then her singing to Tarzan.
Lion King- "Run away, Simba- run away and never come back!"
Fox and the Hound- they realize they can never go back to being friends.
The Incredibles- Mr. Incredible thinks his family is dead.
Parent Trap (either version)- when the girls realize they are sisters.
Brother Bear- Koda describing how the "monsters" came for his mother.
Up- almost all of the movie!!
Enchanted- when Giselle realizes she is in love w/Robert, but can't do anything about it.
Mulan- Her dad telling her he's proud she is his daughter.
Lilo and Stitch- Noni cuddling with Lilo the night before they come to take her away from her.
Stitch Has A Glitch- Stitch "dies".

Oh, so many more- it's actually embarrassing sometimes that I cry so easily at movies (and songs, and TV shows, and commercials, etc :rolleyes1).

The beginning of Finding Nemo .... when Marlin holds Nemo and says "Daddy's got you" and then the scene fades and the music starts playing .... I cry everytime.

WD Treasures silver box: Disneyland USA

It tells a beautiful story of how DL was built. Then it proceeds to tell about designing WDW and starting construction. A CM says, "you would see walt on the docks of the jungle cruise looking out over the water. Then one day, the news went through the park, walt had died...." Just months after the diagnosis.

Mikeeee

now I am thinking it might be a different set...
