

Yesterday I had a little run in with some chocolate; I was crabby. Got out the calendar for a little consultation--yep, Day #24 of the old TOM cycle. Fell asleep around 8 p.m. and slept this morning 'til 7:00. All par for the course. I ended up working a longer day than planned yesterday, but I got lots of stuff done. No housework, of course

Today is not going to be the kind of Sunday I like, but sometimes you've just gotta motor on through.

Dear God, on those days when life stops and I am entombed, may I not fear the grave but trust You to raise me to new life.
2. Vitamins--will take
3. Water--will drink
4. Exercise--will walk the dog if it doesn't rain again.
5. Food--breakfast, lunch, and dinner with protein. No candy. High carb snack before bed.
6. Scale--didn't get on this morning.
7. Caffeine--1 mug this a.m., one cup of green tea later in the day.
